Protect Prince George’s Children and Youth
With your support we provide children and youth opportunity for positive involvement. Young people who are exposed to opportunities to participate meaningfully in the responsibilities and activities of the community, family and schools are less likely to engage in problem behaviors. Problem behaviors PG children are experiencing: substance abuse, delinquency, violence, teen pregnancy, school drop-out,depression and anxiety. All these behaviors directly contribute to the higher than provincial average
PG is experiencing with regards to property crimes, vandalism, violent crimes, assaults, and overall theft.
Since 1979 we have been committed to building community strength and diminishing risk for our children by providing evidence based mentoring programs.
Help us break the cycle of poverty and crime, by building self esteem, addressing academic failure, substance abuse, and depression.
Together we can involve our leaders of tomorrow with this community and themselvesby proactively intervening with positive mentoring that builds lifelong relationships that strengthen and impact our community, one child at a time.
